We care deeply about your satisfaction. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review the following return and exchange terms carefully:

Return/Exchange Window: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories included.

No Partial Returns: We do not accept partial returns or exchanges. The full order must be returned.

Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. Original delivery fees will be deducted from the refund.

No Multiple Options: We do not send multiple product options in the same order for you to choose from.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as sale or discounted are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process: Refunds are processed via InstaPay (or an agreed-upon payment method) within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
